• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• During high-demand periods such as festivals or sales, processing may take a little longer.

• Once your order is packed and ready, we’ll share a tracking number via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC.

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping (select cities): Delivered within 1–3 business days for an additional fee.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local courier operations, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹ 60 per order.

• Free Shipping: on orders above ₹ 999.

• Express Shipping: available at ₹ 150 extra (where serviceable).
  All charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate before checkout.

• In case of incorrect or incomplete address details, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Once an order is dispatched, changes in address cannot be guaranteed.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, the customer will bear the reshipping cost.

5. Packaging & Handling

Each jewellery piece is carefully bubble-wrapped, boxed, and sealed to prevent damage during transit.
We ensure that anti-tarnish, Kundan, and moissanite jewellery are packaged securely to maintain quality and shine during delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Arjewels009@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• Retain the packaging and unboxing video (if available) for verification.

• Once the claim is validated, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or weather disruptions.

• Orders can be modified or canceled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
